A gentle and effective way of treating trauma

Welcome to the UK and European chapter of the Advanced Integrative Therapy Institute, AITI.

Having originated in the US by a founder Asha Clinton, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) is a trauma-treating psychotherapy modality offering real hope for change and healing.  It treats the whole person holistically at the level of the conscious and unconscious mind, body and spirit. AIT brings resolution and relief of many symptoms ranging from psychological, relational, physiological to spiritual.  AIT treatment is deep, effective, gentle and thorough

For Those Seeking Therapeutic Help

  • Have you experienced trauma either early or later in your life, and is this having significant impact on your life?

  • Are you struggling more than you think you should with your life?

  • Are you unhappy with yourself or your relationship with others?

  • Does anxiety, stress, depression or some other dis-ease get you down?

AIT is a gentle but powerful treatment. It enables individuals to get to the root of their distressing problems and symptoms, which are usually connected to traumatic experiences.

For Practitioners

  • Do you work with clients affected by trauma and abuse?

  • Have you experienced the feeling of being ‘stuck’ with such clients?

  • Do you feel de-skilled and uncertain when trauma or abuse is at the heart of your therapeutic work?

AIT trainings are open to those mental healthcare professionals with graduate-level qualification (In the UK, membership of BACP, UKCP, BPC, or a qualification in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Family Therapy, Psychiatry or Psychiatric Nursing). If you are not sure about your eligibility please contact us to enquire.

Training in France is lead by Francois Rey, a psychotherapeutic practitioner and AIT teacher and supervisor.

AIT UK Europe is the only training organisation in UK and Europe that is accredited to teach AIT by Advanced Integrative Therapy Institute and Asha Clinton who holds the copyright of AIT teaching materials.
